We are the not-for-profit governing body of football in Gloucestershire, formed in 1886. Based at Oaklands Park, we’re proud to support the local game by growing participation, promoting diversity, and ensuring the sport is well-regulated and enjoyable for all.

How much do you charge for pitch hire?
The cost of pitch hire varies, with several determining factors. Check availability on our calendar and get in touch for a price.
Can I park at your facility?
Yes, we have plenty of free parking on site. We also have three EV charging points available at a reasonable rate. Please see our site map and use the visitor car park.
Is there space to park our team bus/coach?
Yes. Please see our site map and use the visitor car park.
Does my booking include tea/coffee/food?
No. These can be included as optional extras to your booking with an additional cost.
Are there changing rooms available?
Yes, we have changing facilities available. There are four changing rooms for teams to use, plus separate rooms for match officials.
Is the pitch floodlit?
Yes, the pitch is floodlit when necessary at no extra cost to the user.
When is the pitch available?
Please view our calendar and check if your timeslot is available.
How many people can the meeting rooms fit?
Both the hospitality suite and the council chamber have capacity for around 60 people.
Is there wifi on site?
Yes, there is free wifi available for our guests. Details will be shared on the day of your booking.
Can I book half a pitch?
Yes, you can book half the pitch - subject to availability. We do not offer the option to book the pitch by quarters.
Are dogs allowed?
Only assistant dogs are allowed on site.
Is there disabled parking available?
Yes
Do you have grass pitches available for hire?
No, we don’t have any grass pitches.
Do you have 9v9 pitches?
The pitch is marked out with two 9v9 pitches. It does not have 7v7 markings.
What goals do you have available?
We have:
- Two full size adult 11v11 goals
- Two youth 11v11 goals
- Four 9v9 goals
- Four 7v7 goals
Can I turn up and use a pitch?
You must call ahead on 01454 615888 to make a booking.
The pitch is very busy most days, so we ask that you do not show up without a booking.
If you want a casual game of football, you should try one of our JustPlay sessions – bibs and balls are provided, so you just need to bring shin pads and a suitable pair of boots!

We’re based in Almondsbury, north Bristol, just a stone’s throw from the M5 and M4.
- By Car
We have plenty of visitor car parking on site, including disabled bays and EV charging points. Use the postcode BS32 4AG for directions.
Once you have turned off Gloucester Road, continue past the police station on your right and take the next right turn (before you head down the single track lane). Once you have turned right, continue straight to reach our visitor car park.
- By Bus
The closest bus stop is Almondsbury Depot on Gloucester Road, which is served by the T1 Service between Bristol centre and Thornbury. Another option is the M1 between Hengrove Park and Cribbs, which stops at Aztec West and is a short walk away (approx. 10 mins.)
